Appointments & Payments
Our cancelation process is smooth and easy. If you have to cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as you can, preferably 24+ hours in advance. If you are unable to make it to your appointment due to a last minute emergency, no worries! We’ll simply be in touch to get your next appointment scheduled.
We have several payment plans to make your experience convenient and accessible!

• 1/3 now, 1/3 in 30 days, 1/3 in 60 days

• Accept cash, check, or charge – pay every visit
We are thorough and our paperwork is likely to take 15-20 minutes to complete. No need to worry about showing up early to fill out paperwork during your first appointment. The time required to complete your paperwork is built into your first appointment.
Routine clients that have been adjusted regularly will need as little as 1-6 appointments to relieve a new injury. Sometimes all you need is a single adjustment and you’ll be good to go!
For new clients, the amount of adjustments will vary greatly. The minimum starting point is typically 8 adjustments, and by that point you’ll certainly feel the benefit of your adjustments.
We will give you an estimate of how many adjustments you’re likely to need during your second appointment, or you can contact us here and we can answer more of your questions that are specific to your ailment.
Absolutely not, all clothing will remain on. We’ll ask you to remove metal jewelry so we have a clear image of our X-rays during your first appointment only.
A Chiropractic Adjustment is a controlled and quick force applied to a joint to realign and improve physical function of the body. The primary objective of an adjustment is to restore function to the spine – when you restore function, you restore health. We were all born to be healthy – to thrive – and our bodies strive every second of the day to be healthy. We’re in the business of restoring health naturally through Chiropractic Adjustments.
During your adjustments you’ll experience a quick painless jolt. There’s no pain in the majority of our cases however in the few cases where clients experience pain it’s very mild.
There are minor side effects in some cases. Most side effects are mild such as muscle soreness or stiffness for a few days which go away rather quickly. More serious side effects are a result of uncovering underlying issues that your adjustments reveal to us. This is a great thing! We can treat issues that you may have been unaware of due to the reveal of any “side effects”. The most common side effects include:
• An irritated rib after a back adjustment – we resolve this by simply adjusting the rib and you’re back to normal with a small amount of soreness.
• Sometimes clients experience a headache, however this type of experience is uncommon and typically goes away after your initial adjustment period.
No, our adjustment are specific to the patient. It often looks like we’re adjusting clients in the same way, however there are many intricacies small details.
In simple terms, a Subluxation is a bone that is out of place resulting in the following:
• Loss of function
• Reduced range of motion
• Tightness or restriction
• Pressure on nerve – resulting in pain
• Muscle spasms to protect the bone out of place
• Inflammation settles in

The most commonly known conditions are back, neck, and joint pain. However we’ve had great results treating things such as chronic stomach pain, infantile colic, failure to thrive babies, asthma, and bowel obstruction, and many other ailments.

Yes, extremely safe. Fun fact, and to put things into perspective, the average malpractice for a Medical Doctor each year is approximately $40,000 – for an OBGYN it’s approximately $200,000 per year – for a Chiropractor it’s typically $1,500 per year. That’s saying something.

The process includes lying the client on the adjustment table to adjust and move the bones and segments that need to be moved. It’s quick, effective, and surprisingly comfortable!

Absolutely! The majority of pregnancy pain is caused by subluxations due to the pregnancy itself. The change in hormones and the increase and redistribution of weight during a pregnancy leads to an adverse effect on the spine, resulting in aches and pains. We resolve those issues and eliminate your pain through spinal adjustments, which are perfectly safe for you and your soon to come baby!
